***PLEASE NOTE  SHIPPING TIMES ARE ONLY AN ESTIMATE AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THESE TIME FRAMES ***

 

We aim to pick and pack your gear within 24hrs receiving your order. All orders placed before 12:00pm AEST will be picked, packed & dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST will pick and packed on the same day but dispatched the following business day.

Orders made over the weekend and AU public holidays will be be picked, packed & dispatched the following Monday (or next business day). 

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic

We use Australia Post for our local orders and offer a tracking service as well as having their Customer Services team to utilise in tracking your shipment. 

Australia – Free Delivery for orders over $150, 1-5 working days, rural areas could take an extra 1-2 days. 

International

We use DHL EXPRESS to service ALL our international orders as they provide real-time tracking and have local offices you can contact directly to find out where your shipment is and when it will be delivered. 

New Zealand - $30AUD 1-3 working days (additional  3 days for rural areas)

Asia - $50 3- 5 working days

Pacific - $50 3- 5 working days

UK & Europe $50 3 - 5 working days

USA, Canada, Mexico $50 2-5 working days

 

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of LashFix Beauty Bar. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.

 

How can I track my order?

In your email you will find your tracking link from our shipping partner, DHL EXPRESS 13 14 06. Following your individual tracking link you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries. 

 

What if I am not home?

My order is late?

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.
